Good news!  First Community Bank of East Tennessee will be opening the following lobbies beginning Monday, June 22, 2020:

• West Main
• East Main
• Surgoinsville
• Church Hill
• Kingsport

Normal operating hours will apply for these locations.  The Colonial Heights lobby will remain closed except by appointment, but the drive thru will be open except for lunch from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. each day.  Our Walmart branch will remain closed until further notice.  We will discontinue Saturday hours at West Main beginning Saturday, June 27. 

Some of our procedures will be changing to protect our customers and our employees.  As you enter our lobbies, we will have an employee stationed at the door to assist you.  Customers will be asked a series of health assessment questions and be required to wear a mask.  We will have lightweight disposable masks and hand sanitizer available. 

You will see decals on the floor to assist with social distancing.  If the lobby is full, you will be asked to wait in your car.  We will notify you when it is safe to enter.  There will be no public restrooms available at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience. 

All customers needing to open an account or who have other customer service needs are encouraged to make an appointment to help shorten their wait times.  Simply, call 423-272-5800 or 423-392-5800, and ask to speak to someone at your branch of choice.
