To ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and the community, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our lobbies beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. All of our drive-thru locations will remain open at this time. Customers may schedule an appointment to enter the lobby by calling 423-272-5800 if assistance is needed with one of the following:

  • New account opening
  • Loan closing or applications
  • Safe deposit box access
  • Wire transfers
  • Large commercial transactions
  • Debit card issues
  • Notary services

All of our ATMs will remain operational as well as our night depositories. We highly encourage our customers to take advantage of our online services which are available 24/7 including online banking, mobile banking, and mobile check deposit. These are the safest, most convenient ways to conduct your transactions. If you need assistance setting this up, please do not hesitate to call us. You may also access your account via telephone banking at 888-771-0033 or 423-272-0033.
